These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Hang Ngai Entertainment & Production Limited's online shop. 

1. All orders are need to pay for the delivery cost and orders can only be delivered within Hong Kong SAR . For SF Express, order total amount​ between $0.1 to $900, delivery cost is $38; total amount​ between $900 to $2000, delivery cost is $48; total amount​ between $2000 to $4000, delivery cost is $65; total amount​ between $4000 to $5999, delivery cost is $75; total amount​ above $5999, recipient need to pay for the delivery cost. We only accept orders with total amount $4500 or above to select Lalamove as their order's shipping company. The shipping cost is paid by the recipient.

2. Customers can choose to delivery directly to your home, use locker pick-up service(SF Express) or pick-up from SF Express collection points.

3. Shipping service provider of all our products is SF Express. Please read the terms and details of delivery service from SF Express's website. (https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/tc/)

4. It is the responsibility of you to inform us within 24 hours before delivery window starts of any change to your delivery address or preferred delivery time slot after placing order.

5. You will become the owner of the product(s) you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once product(s) has been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for the loss or damage.
