Deity S-MIC 2S Introduction

The Deity S-Mic 2S is a camera-mounted shotgun microphone designed to provide significant sound quality improvements to the built-in microphones of cameras, smartphones and portable recordersfor mobile journalists , vloggers, YouTubers and photographers. Professional-grade features like low-noise circuitry and RFI-resistant construction minimize the need for post-record noise reduction. Thanks to the high sensitivity of the S-Mic 2S, powerful output levels are possible without having to maximize the gain control of the preamplifier. Tone-wise, the S-Mic 2S offers the same sound signature as the S-Mic 2—smooth and warm, with low off-axis coloration and natural decay for bass frequencies below 50 Hz.
